The Customer Experience Specalist (Jody King) that assisted us from the very start around 3 weeks ago is really the only reason we decided to go ahead & make the purchase even though we were not where we wanted to be on the numbers. His laid back & non-pushy, but genuinely engaged approach was a refreshing change from the previous experiences that we encountered at 2 other Hyundai dealerships in Oklahoma - Thanks Jody! More

Not one person told me to bring proof of insurance to pay cash for a car When I arrived 11-07-2017 at 5, I was advised they wanted proof of insurance. Not one person told me to bring proof of insurance to pay cash for a car…and the liability of the dealership is released for care, custody and control from bill of sale I don’t care what YOUR insurance company or policy requires. I know Garage Policies for I was a commercial lines insurance underwriter for 30 yrs. Before I ever completed the sale or paid any money, Jared had me sit at his computer after HE created a google account for me and demanded I write a wonderful online review that I have not nor will I confirm now. This makes me wonder how many of the reviews posted on this website are true and accurate. While test driving the car, I questioned the loud noise coming from the front driver side tire area and he stated it was from the accident and the car was perfect. Well the accident was on the front passenger side of the car and the noise was coming from the right front driver side….the wheel bearings and shocks will have to be replaced just to drive Safely on the highway. Their poor customer service, deceptions and non transparency makes me question their integrity. 2 mo later they haven’t sold the car and it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it! More
