The over all experience was not all that bad because of just one person, all the other people were fine, but wh As my other previous message is about. The over all experience was not all that bad because of just one person, all the other people were fine, but when you negotiate a price it should be fixed, done and over with. Car purchasing has a long poor reputation nation wide because of the ordeal I went through as a prime example of this reputation of car sales. Hopefully some day purchasing a vehicle will be without the crooked last minute false fake antics that some salesmen and sales managers try to pull off on the unexpected customers. I resent this type of money gigging greatly. I cant imagine how many good decent people they actually rip off that way. More

Quick and to the point The dealership worked me in when I picked up a nail in my tire. The tire was damaged beyond repair. They offered a new replacement -- i googled it - The dealership worked me in when I picked up a nail in my tire. The tire was damaged beyond repair. They offered a new replacement -- i googled it -- their price was within $5 of where I could get the tire anywhere else locally. While they were working on the tire, they noticed the car was near its next service point, and offered to get that taken care of as well. In and out in less than 90 minutes with a new tire on the ground and my oil change and service completed. Great job! More
