First AWD G80 Sport in Oklahoma Our purchasing experience went just fine. The issues we have is that we did not get the mud guards pre installed as we were notified during closing of Our purchasing experience went just fine. The issues we have is that we did not get the mud guards pre installed as we were notified during closing of the vehicle with our salesman Darnell. We did raise the issue to him, and I had to reach out to him personally 3 business days later to verify that the ball was rolling in getting it taken care of as was promised to us. We worked with Chris Price who made sure we were taken care of. We have no complaints towards him, as we felt he treated us very well. I informed Mr. Price about the mud guards and he indicated he spoke to Darnell , who in turn reached out to us to follow up. I ended up getting in touch with John, in the service department, who told me that Genesis will be unable to provide the rear mud guards until 30 days minimum. We did get the front guards installed. We recently had the front tire blow out passenger side due to a pot hole, and John notified us that Genesis hasn't released the specifications needed to do an alignment. We did get the wheel replaced by them, and it was quick, but these issues of lacking equipment and data is annoying for lack of a better word. I hope the rear mud guards come in in July, but waiting a month and a half for mud guards on a newly released vehicle is somewhat embarrassing, especially not even being able to get an alignment done for crying out loud. More
