I also was promised "free oil changes for life" on my new 2012 Santa Fe. Suddenly no one at David Stanley knows anything about this even though I still have their card that says "Home of the Free on my new 2012 Santa Fe. Bob Howard said they are not David Stanley and know nothing. Besides the attempt to get me away from my preapproved financing at the credit union they sent me a surprise lein from Wells Fargo when I expressly told them I do NOT want to finance with Wells Fargo. I had to refinance with the OECU credit union where I was originally approved. Now this. No one knows a xxxx thing about the free oil changes. Since they do not honor their word they have lost me at every David Stanley as a customer forever. I buy brand new cars every few years because I do not want to deal with repairs and I will NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR from David Stanely or Bob Howard because of their failure to honor the free oil changes for life. More
Bought a brand new accent, was told I had free oil changes for the life of the car, one of the reasons I bought here instead of automax. The first oil change was done with no problems or issues, time for the second one and the entire experience changed, "I'm sorry Bob Howard has Bought the dealership and you must rotate your tires and blah,blah,blah, your free oil change is now $68.00, you can't go somewhere else for your tire service, etc, etc, yak, yak, yak. So done with this crap, going to buy another Hyndai this year, guess where I won't be doing business? More
I was exceedingly pleased with my experience dealing with Allie. She was extremely helpful and courteous, and did everything she said she would. The finance department was not helpful. The individual I worked with in finance was friendly at first, but subsequently insulted me by making comments about my mother and my credit union. He did not explain anything in an understandable way, seemed to have a difficult time with numbers (not great when you're the finance guy) and he did not seem to listen. When I asked what interest rate the dealership could offer me, he neglected to ever actually address my question and present a figure to me, leaving me no option but to go through my credit union. He did not sell me the warranty as he never explained it to me in a clear way. He only told me how I could finance it if I wanted to (I never asked about that). It is now October 20, two weeks after the purchase of my vehicle, and the check I wrote for my down payment still has yet to be cashed. That alone is ridiculous and a terrific inconvenience to me. After speaking with and visiting the other Hyundai dealerships in the metro area and being thoroughly discouraged by the unsatisfactory service, lack of delivery on promises, and overall aggressiveness I had to contend with, I was very pleased to find Allie. Ms. Chaffin was so helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns without being overbearing or insulting. She found the exact car I wanted and got it in very quickly. I have already recommended her services to a friend who is in the market for a new Hyundai vehicle. More

Aley spoke to me over the phone & listened as I told her what my needs were in a car & what price range I could dealership, I'm grateful I came here. I reserced the internet and found this dealer close to my house so I contaced the internet department and Talked to mr. Berry. He helped me find the car that I wanted. I had a great buying experiance to say the least. The dealer was quick to get me though the buying process and I was impressed! I have had issues getting my title information, getting my trade paid off, and I did not recieve all the paper work I signed. I was talking with the sales management team when they would take my calls. They were always too busy to take my call cause they were selling another car. What happened to the person who put food on your table? Is selling a care to a new customer more important than taking care of the person who bought the car? They think so. I even ended up in Toby F office and he is General Counsel and he said all he could do is appoligize for my problems. He ask what they could do to make me happy and I mentioned a few things and according to Toby those were not an option. Then why did he waste my time by asking if he knew the answer to his question. Warning when a dealership has an attorney on site run the other way!!! I have been on the phone with Hyundai Corperate trying to seek help from them and they are also getting the silent tratment as well. I bought the car on 5/28/12 and my trade was sold I called about my title information on the 6/25/12 and was told I would have it by the 28th. It did not come in so I went to dealer on the 29th and no title!! Not only that the dealer had no MSO for the car. I was guaranteed my title info by 3pm on 7/4/12 no call or notification that it was in. I called dealer and I got no one to answer my calls. I then was notified by Hyundia that my title was in on 7/5 and went to dealer and guess what no title!! I was then taken to the office across the street were I had the privilage to met Toby. Also it took them 30 day from funding to pay off my trade. They sold my trade before all my paper work was complete and did not give me delivery agreement that has all the dealers will do's!! Suprise!! Now I have to seek legal help to get the dealer to take the car back due to breach of contract which is clearly stated on the delivery agreement I did not recieve, how ironic!!! Be ware buying a car here!!! I will not pay my hard earned money to a dealer who treats me like this!! They do not desirve to be in the car business!!! I wish you the best if you buy here! I am warning you once you sign on the dotted line they are done and thats it as stated by the staff!! Do not question them either they will band you from calling and refer you to Toby who does not have the respect to call you back. That is why I had to seek legal help!!! More
