Traveled to OKC from north Tulsa county (Skiatook) over 100 miles to test drive your 21 Tundra. Truck was not prepped for sale, even after advising of travel. After test drive, was unable to negotiate price or add ons. Decided to NOT purchase vehicle due to steel stock (un-appealing) wheels. While driving down the HW I received a call from BH requesting that I pull over and wait approximately 20 mins. Was told that a NEW set of wheels would be provided. This was at 5:00 pm! My bank closed at 5:30 pm. After returning I was presented with a set of wheels and was told that I was then responsible for mounting/balancing. The condition of the wheels were a 6/10 with blemishes and scratches albeit better than the factory steelies. The deal closed around 6:30 pm ( yes, my bank stayed over to accommodate). Saturday morning I called my tire shop to schedule a tire appointment and was able to get in. Drove 20 miles (one way) went to lunch and received a call stating that the used rims were actually 20ā and my tires were 18ā. Call my salesperson to apprise and was advised that he would need a day or two to get it figured out. Did not receive a phone call by Saturday afternoon. This morning (Monday) I called my salesperson to follow up and was told that nothing had been decided. I then asked for a mgrs name and number which was not easily provided. After receiving the mgrs name and main number I attempted to make contact with Mr Jeff Cook with no response but did leave a detailed message. At approximately 4:00 I called my salesperson once again and advised that I had not been notified. Salesperson stated that he would contact his mgr and advise. I have already incurred over 200 miles of travel and made multiple phone called to resolve this matter not to mention the charges for having the steel tires removed and broke down before they realized the discrepancy. Remember, this entire transaction hinged on the wheels alone otherwise Iād have not turned around. More

Bob Howard Toyota provides the best customer service in Oklahoma! The person at Bob Howard Howard Toyota is so nice. He explained what the dealer would do on my car very thoroughly. Although I had to wait for them to get my car done a bit, it was very comfortable to stay in the waiting area. In addition, the oil change price is very appropriate. Itās much cheaper than other oil change places in Oklahoma. Highly recommend this place! More
I bought a car for my son recently and the process was relatively smooth. My only complaint is that I was promised to have the car detailed the next day before I picked it up.
