The service department is not great at communicating anything other than what additional services you’re needing. Like yesterday no one called me to tell me that my vehicle was done, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to tell me that it was done, I just got a ride over there and asked if it was done. That’s not an uncommon experience for me at this dealer, but it’s far and away the closest Toyota dealer to my house so I’ll suffer the fools I guess. More
I’ve been a Bob Howard Toyota customer for a decade. I find it easy to schedule service. This time they called me at a timely moment to get my 35,000 service. So I took advantage and set a date. Their service department really tries to please, keep you informed of your progress. I don’t mind waiting their comfortable waiting area. Took advantage of the wait to talk to sales (Bradley) about their 2026 PHEV RAV4. Jasmine was my Customer Service rep. She kept me informed and answered questions during the process. And don’t forget the Coffee. A cappuccino kept me alert. More
