It took them entirely too long to fix my vehicle. I arrived at 9:36. I was told it would take until 12. I had to pick my son up from school. They gave me so many different times when my car would be I arrived at 9:36. I was told it would take until 12. I had to pick my son up from school. They gave me so many different times when my car would be ready. Let’s just say I wasn’t able to pick my son up from school and I was one of the first people in that day. I understand I was a walk in but almost leaving around 4:30 is ridiculous. And they had no loaner cars for me to allow myself to run errands. Customer services is not good and they need to work on effective communication. I used my communication and laid out from the beginning that I could not be there past 3 pm. They assured me that I wouldn’t wait that long. That’s the only reason I agreed to let them operate on my car. When I got my car my check lights were still on. A piece is missing from my hood underneath is missing and it was there before I took it in. They told me they would call me to figure something out. I have yet to receive a call. More
