Went to get an oil change and it took three hours for an oil change only ridiculous Was there at 9 and didn’t leave until 12:40!!! Oil change, I used the web based $59. 95 coupon. Waited too long but they did me right and reduced the charge- they did the right thing, so giving a 4 star. Wanted tires, but 3, 4th is a d 95 coupon. Overall, I think the service experience could be improved with better communication and clearer direction for customers. First, there should be signage when you pull into the service area explaining what with better communication and clearer direction for customers. First, there should be signage when you pull into the service area explaining what customers are supposed to do. As it stands now, you pull into the service garage and it’s unclear whether you should remain in your vehicle, get out and go inside, or wait for someone to approach you. On busy days, this can be especially confusing. Even a simple sign explaining the check-in process would make the experience much smoother. Additionally, I think customer acknowledgment could be improved when picking up a vehicle. When I walked into the office today, one employee was helping another customer, which I completely understand. However, no one acknowledged that I had walked in. A simple, “Good afternoon, sir. We’ll be right with you,” goes a long way. You don’t have to stop helping the customer in front of you, but acknowledging the next person lets them know they’ve been seen and that someone will assist them shortly. These are relatively small improvements, but I think they would make the service experience feel much more organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. More
