Had to have tires rebalance and then aliened after a rotation which was done the next day. When I got in the car the steering wheel was dirty and left black on my hands because the tech. person didn't rotation which was done the next day. When I got in the car the steering wheel was dirty and left black on my hands because the tech. person didn't clean their hands when they test drove the car. There was no offer of coupons or use of available pts. to use with the payment. More

Rushy, unorganized, and had my paint scratched on a brand new truck. I called back and spoke with the woman that sold me Deanna the truck and she advised she would get with the manager Mr Thompson who also s new truck. I called back and spoke with the woman that sold me Deanna the truck and she advised she would get with the manager Mr Thompson who also seen and acknowledged the scratches as well has not called me back and they want answer the phone when I call now. Not very professional and don’t keep there word. Do not trust these people at all! They act friendly and church going but definitely aren’t acting like it. More
