Good Customer Service and Dependable Work Haley gave me very good service. She got my truck in as quickly as she could - my back brakes were bad. Arrived 30 min early I arrived 30 minutes early for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change. I was told that all fluids would be topped off also. There was one person I arrived 30 minutes early for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change. I was told that all fluids would be topped off also. There was one person waiting. The CS agent assured me I should be done in an hour. Meanwhile at least 2 other customers came in for service or maintenance. Both later customers were done and gone before me. I waited 2.5 hours, with NO updates on the status of my scheduled oil change. We will NOT use this location again. All your emoyee did was offer an apolpgy. NO EXPLANATION WHAT-SO-EVER More
