We worked out a deal, then I told him I'd like for my wife to see the car before I sign any papers. Joey actually drove the car to my home after he got out of work so my wife could see it, and the deal was finalized. I think he went "over the top' to get his sale and I really appreciate his efforts. George Sarkis was also very helpful to get a warranty agreement at a good price. More

Can't always fix electronic issues on new car. On my last car (2015) the dash lights dimmed during the day and you couldn't see the dash instruments whenever you turned on the wipers. Couldn't fix. Our current car: back brakes and rotors badly scored after just 12,000 miles. They said that is normal and probaly is due to rust?????? They did agree to turn the rotors this one time for me. But what's causing this to happen on the back two wheels only? Also my interior display and functions don't show up till 1-2 minutes after the care is started ... another problem they say that is GM's fault and they can't fix it. The experience of entering the service write up area is confusing because it can become a free-for-all to see where to go and who's next. No customer wait line identification so everyone stands anywhere. Other customers have also told me they feel confused upon entering the service write up area also. Talked to the service manager with no success. What???? More
Every time is something Where to begin. Your service department is terrible. Period. Every oil change is at least 2 hours and that’s with a scheduled appointment. 2 hours. My Where to begin. My girlfriends last appointment for an oil change turned into a 4 day ordeal because a bolt for the tires stripped while performing a tire rotation. Was told it was from the factory when the put the locking nut on. They had to order the part so it would be the next day. As we went to get a courtesy vehicle we stood there for almost 10 minutes before 1 of the 5 employees who were doing nothing finally agnowledged us. The following day my girlfriend called at 3pm. Had to call back. Called at 4 as she was leaving work and was told it would be done at 5. We chose to take the courtesy vehicle for the weekend. Who knows if it would actually have been done by 5. In the future if we buy a vehicle from Bob Johnson our regular maintenance will be done elsewhere. It’s just ALWAYS something. Oil changes shouldn’t take up to 3 hours. More
