Buy elsewhere. Especially used We bought a $12,000+ used car from the Chrysler/Buick lot. Paid cash....could’ve went anywhere! But we went to a dealer for peace of mind. Haha Haha! We bought a $12,000+ used car from the Chrysler/Buick lot. Paid cash....could’ve went anywhere! But we went to a dealer for peace of mind. Haha Haha! Assured it was checked out and in great condition. In reality, We have had nothing but problems with the car since the day we brought it home. Day 1 the windshield washer hose was rotted out (which they fixed). A week later, a heat shield was loose and rattling (which they also fixed). A few weeks ago, the passenger window motor died. There is a weird clicking sound when I turn on the left turn signal and it resets itself. Every time I turn the wheel, you can hear it resetting itself. I saved the best part for last...the brakes and rotors were shot! Just paid $400 to have the front ones replaced. The back ones still need to be replaced, I’m sure there’s another $400! All within 3 months. No reply to numerous emails/contact us. I know for a fact nobody checked out the car before selling it. How do I know? Because the wheels have custom lug locks on it and there is no key! My mechanic had to break them off! They didn’t even bother to pull the tires to make sure my family and I were safe driving down the road! Just slap some armor-all on it, a $12,000 price tag, and send it out the door! I’ve emailed them recently a couple of times, either I’m being ignored, they are sick of me, or they are waiting for the lemon law time/mileage to expire. I wouldnt recommend this dealer if they were the last dealer in Monroe county! More
