2.5 hour oil change I scheduled a 1:30 PM oil change and tire rotation on 8/28/18. I arrived on time and ended up waiting until 4:00 to get my car back. Horrible service My car was taken in for service and 2 months later nothing was resolved or fixed. I was given a quote and when my insurance company attempted to conta My car was taken in for service and 2 months later nothing was resolved or fixed. I was given a quote and when my insurance company attempted to contact the department to get diagnosis to fix it under my mechanical breakdown warranty they never returned their call so no work was ever peformed on my car and to top it off I drove it in there and when I picked it up the car wouldn't move so it had to be towed out. I am going to be filing a complaint with the better business bureau due to the way the situation was handled and the lies that the service rep and manager told. More
