Appointment wait time I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have no idea of the 1 person I worked with at the service desk or the 1 person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment, so I’ll pick the first 10 names so I can submit this stupid survey. Completely taken care of I’ve recent had a not-so-great experience with a dealership that seemed to not care a bit about my experience or thoughts. It was the exact opposite with Bob Johnson chevy. Every step of our transaction I was well taken care of and well informed. Any went above and beyond. He even drove me to my soon-to-be-ex dealership and helped me with turning in my car! I got the best deal and felt very comfortable along the way.
