In particular what stuck out was the fact that your dea I want to thank the Bob Johnson team for the excellent service I received on my 2012 Equinox. In particular what stuck out was the fact that your dealership and specifically Andy Bisig genuinely wanted to tackle the ongoing oil consumption issue head on and end what has been a very troubling situation with this vehicle. I wanted to let you know that your efforts are really appreciated and that is does make a difference. I can buy a new car of many brands from any dealer but it is the service after the sale that creates loyalty to a brand and dealership. I currently own four GM products, two Impalas, a GrandAm, and the Equinox and between GM recently extending the warrantee for this oil consumption issue and your helping to make it right goes a long way to restore my faith in the brand. I traded in a 2010 Equinox due to the same oil burning issue and was extremely disappointed that a model 2 years newer had the exact same problem. I swore never to buy a GM vehicle again, ever, but as I said you have helped to restore my opinion of Chevrolet. Thank you! More
