Overpaid batterys I paid 205 dollars for new battery because I'm a gm customer and the GM symbol on battery. Had 2 options of batteries but for some reason the only bat I paid 205 dollars for new battery because I'm a gm customer and the GM symbol on battery. Had 2 options of batteries but for some reason the only battery in stock was the most expensive one. Wow what a surprise for a gm long time customer. I have been around batteries for my boat which is Chevy engine 350 v8 and o Lyft owned gm cars. Should have been under warranty but no bad cell which happen in less than 3 year old battery another GM product. 60 dollars and ahold day with techs this is what they found which I told them at 9am. Picked truck up at 5pm 305 dollars later. For a100 -150 dollar battery. And I have extended warranty. Lol thanks More
Inspection one week prior to coming to get my inspection done I had my oil changed at Bob Johnsons service. They never told me my inspection was 6 months overdue. I was pulled over by the sheriff's department and they advised me. I know it's my responsibility to take care of that but I would have thought that someone in the service department would have caught it. I then brought my vehicle in for the inspection and they said it would take an hour. 2 hours past and no one came to tell me what was going on. I went to the service counter to see what was taking so long and my paperwork was sitting there on the desk waiting to tell me I needed wiper blades to complete my inspection. It was well over two and a half hours I waited. communication is key in customer service. More
