Overall review 5 year customers Have 2 vehicles I’ve purchased from Bob Johnsons. No problems but one time after my 11th visit for the same issue and was told it was something and f Have 2 vehicles I’ve purchased from Bob Johnsons. No problems but one time after my 11th visit for the same issue and was told it was something and fixed it and addressed it the. Told something else until I told them and went to GM to complain. Issue was finally addressed and fixed. was told something else else different even tho it was fixed it was just turned into a couple of things. At least ownership was take. Care of to fix the issue but was a hassle. Also at time it is to long of a wait time To get into service or updated. One time took 45 minutes before I was taken care of and heard the excuses. We still take our vehicles there and have no issues. Hopefully it won’t be any more issues. Constantly pushed new vehicles to purchase from the service department which I think is wrong. Take care of mine and if I wanted new I get new and have. Rental vehicles is a joke why would somebody small one a oversize Silverado when they don’t drive that size or that type of vehicle you should give them a comparable vehicle to what they’re driving not just endless supplies of Silverado’s. Not my problem you’re pushing them I want something that my smaller wife can drive. What if it was your grandmother coming in there and had a drive a silver Rado expected to be dinged up. Oil change I brought my corvette in for an oil change and inspection. My only issues are that I was supposed to get the first 3 oil changes free and apparently i I brought my corvette in for an oil change and inspection.
