Too long of a wait time Was there for 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. Should have been in and out on less then an hour. Service The service consultant, Chris Sherlock, was helpful, but can't say the same for the service techs. It took them 3 days to fix the problem. I know they had the part there so that wasn't their "excuse." I DID NOT appreciate being made to use a truck for a loaner. I am 82 yrs. & did not like having to struggle to get into the truck. Don't see why you can't offer some sort of sedan to your customers. VERY disappointed w/this part of the service. More
