I am not sure why i go back. I do think that service sucks there and the service reps that you first meet are crap. I think it is time to go somewhere else. I ended up with the vehicle and features I w My salesman Dan Hovsepian was well informed about the various Chevys, the features, and purchase options. I ended up with the vehicle and features I wanted. Dan worked it out so that I had the new Equinox a few hours after I signed the papers. However, I was disappointed with the prep department by having to return a couple days later to get some items tended to, such as, the windshield washer fluid was not topped off and the Bob Johnson decal on the back hatch was missing letters. Looked goofy to see #1 in the nation missing letters. Dan took the initiative and got bot things fixed. Attention to detail in prep nees to improve. More
