Timely manner I made an appointment online and was pleased at how easy it was to do it. My car needed an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. There was one fee quoted online and it was different at the service area. I was told the car would be ready at 10:40 and it was within 10 minutes over. I consider this a timely manner. The young man who connected my new phone with my car was pleasant and helpful. His name was Dillon. Jamalle was the person who helped me in the service area. Everything was done well, except I asked to have my overhead light adjusted so it would come on when I opened the car door. That wasn't done so I will have to see if someone else can help me with it.
