He was very easy to talk with, great personality, and friendly. George was our financial guy. He went over both leases, what's covered, and walked with us step by step. Dustin is very knowledgeable about the internet stuff BUT rushed thru everything and you could tell he wanted to be out by 8pm. Dustin was definitely not the highlight of our purchase and his customer service skills are poor. A new car is not sometging you want to learn about RUSHED and he just so happened to fi ish with us at 8:01 pm. I would definitely purchase/lease a vehicle again thru Bob Johnson's but will be asking for someone else besides Zach to go over things for us. More

Normally I have a great experience. 6 years I waited 2 hours for an oil filter change and a tire rotation. I can do that myself on my John Deere 4020 and then mow 250 acres in that time. If I had not gone back in,to the service center to see what was taking so long, it would have been longer. 3:20 arrived. 5:10 left. More
