Normally I have a great experience. 6 years I waited 2 hours for an oil filter change and a tire rotation. I can do that myself on my John Deere 4020 and then mow 250 acres in that time. After teaching a full day, I then missed being able to rake over my hay so I could bail it the next day. If I had not gone back in,to the service center to see what was taking so long, it would have been longer. 3:20 arrived. 5:10 left. More
