Everything bad happened! Mark did excellent job! In spite of the fact that I brought to Bob Johnson a car 2017 with nothing wrong with it. It had 6,000 miles and was there fo Mark did excellent job! In spite of the fact that I brought to Bob Johnson a car 2017 with nothing wrong with it. It had 6,000 miles and was there for routine oil change. After oil change, suddenly problem developed with power steering. Was offered a truck, but declined offer. Car then needed a part which want not in stock. From Saturday;at noon until Tuesday at 4:00 PM, I was without my car. In spite of every stupid thing which happened, the service writer Mark did an excellent job! More
