When I went back in today, however, it was a totally different story. Tim Ferris took all the time in the world with me, despite its being an extremely busy day. He answered all of my questions in detail and was patient, kind and understanding. He even pointed out things that I didn't know existed! My faith in the Nerds was totally restored.
