Thank you! I was in a pretty difficult situation when I walked in to Bob Johnson. Earlier that week I was towed to my old dealership to find out that my car was I was in a pretty difficult situation when I walked in to Bob Johnson. Earlier that week I was towed to my old dealership to find out that my car was no longer drive-able and that I still had half of my loan to pay off. I spent the week trying to figure out my options and met with a few different dealers, but I was told either there was nothing they could do for me or nothing at all, and was blown off for other customers. My anxiety was starting to take its toll. When I walked in to Bob Johnson Daniel greeted me right away and brought me to his office. I explained my situation as best I could (I was basically incoherent). Somehow Daniel made sense of it all and very clearly stated some of the options I had available to me. We went outside to get a feel for some of the cars and take a test drive and then came back to review the options. Daniel was very patient with me, and I really appreciated his input and honesty about how to best go about dealing with the negative equity from my loan. After coming to an agreement, he and his sales manager spent time researching different rebates I qualified for to help bring down month-to-month payments, and I was able to drive off with a leased 2018 Chevy Trax the following day. Overall I had a great experience. I felt very comfortable working with Daniel and would highly recommend Bob Johnson to anyone. To Daniel and the other managers we worked with - THANK YOU! More
