Rude and Arrogant I went in to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase a '18 Trax w/AWD. Currently I drive a FWD Cruze and it's a nightmare trying to get up any kin I went in to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase a '18 Trax w/AWD. Currently I drive a FWD Cruze and it's a nightmare trying to get up any kind of incline with any snow/slush on the road. I said as much to the guy who said he'd help me out (Omar, who as it turns out, isn't even listed as a salesperson on the site). He stated that he had no issues getting up hills in inclement weather in his sedan and that it's almost always driver error when something goes wrong. He continued to harp on that point, clearly insinuating that I don't know how to drive in inclement weather. I've driven in Western NY weather for 20+ yrs, and curiously, had no issues getting up hills w/snow and slush on the ground in my previous car, which was a Mazda FWD sedan. It makes sense why Bob Johnson has to offer such great deals on cars -- the staff is incredibly rude while trying to sell inferior cars. I'll be taking my business elsewhere... I may have to pay a bit more, but at least I won't be insulted by people who don't know what they're talking about. More
