Too busy There was no directions on where to park or how this works. I have never been to the service center. I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the door. Then when I got there I had an appointment and they made me get out of my car and go talk to someone and explain what was going on. So what was the point of me making an appointment? It was super busy and there was no directions. I was flustered and wanted to leave. Then the mechanic came out and had to ask me what was going on with my car. Not sure I’m getting a Chevy again. This service appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I’ll just use Cavallaro Neubauer in Williamson. More
