Oil change and tires rotation. I came in for normal matinance and I was consurned about the shifting of the transmission! If the problem continues they want to have the car so they can drive it to try to recreate the condition when they are driving. More

Trading in a 18 equinox for a 18 silverado I recently leased a 2018 Equinox from Bob Johnson Chevrolet. After driving the Equinox in short order found the front seats to be extremely uncomforta I recently leased a 2018 Equinox from Bob Johnson Chevrolet. After driving the Equinox in short order found the front seats to be extremely uncomfortable. After going to the auto show and measuring all the like vehicle seats, I found the Equinox seats at least 2 inches shorter than the rest. Went back to Bob Johnson's to see if there was any way out of the lease, or trade up. After spending many hours with me, Willie Williams cut me a fair deal. Unfortunately I'm paying way more than coming in without a trade. I of course understand the numbers and am OK with it as It got me into an 18 Silverado, which is by far more comfortable. When this lease is up I will definitely return for another! This is my third vehicle from them. More

Great in some areas, not so in others They did great work on my oil change and tire rotation. But when I asked them to look at and fix my loose ski rack, they said they weren't sure that t They did great work on my oil change and tire rotation. But when I asked them to look at and fix my loose ski rack, they said they weren't sure that they were qualified and that I might have to make a separate appointment with the service center. They said they would take a look at it though. Nobody ever did though, as it wasn't written into my paperwork and the ski rack is still loose. My vehicle was purchased new this past October so its under warranty. I feel such a simple problem should have been taken care of with no questions asked. More
