Too busy There was no directions on where to park or how this works. I have never been to the service center. I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the do There was no directions on where to park or how this works. I have never been to the service center. I didn’t know I was supposed to pull up to the door. Then when I got there I had an appointment and they made me get out of my car and go talk to someone and explain what was going on. So what was the point of me making an appointment? It was super busy and there was no directions. I was flustered and wanted to leave. Then the mechanic came out and had to ask me what was going on with my car. Not sure I’m getting a Chevy again. This service appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I’ll just use Cavallaro Neubauer in Williamson. More

Good service on car, BUT I brought my car in for a tire patch job and to get new wipers, they got me right in and into the shop. Got a call back a few hours later saying my ca I brought my car in for a tire patch job and to get new wipers, they got me right in and into the shop. Got a call back a few hours later saying my car was ready, but I knew the shop would be closing soon. I called ahead and told them to leave my keys in my car, so I could come get it even though they would be going home for the day. I ended up getting there before they closed, but they had locked my keys in my car. I went inside and asked how they could help me and why they locked the car, and they sent me to the IT desk to contact OnStar. OnStar would not help me, because I cancelled the $35/month car unlock subscription. By this point, everyone from the dealer had gone home and left me in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get into my car. I had to call AAA to break into my brand new car, which was not ideal. Overall, a very bad experience, but I will give two stars because the car service itself was done well. More

Purchase 2 weeks after the expensive purchase of a vehicle the accelerator went while I was driving on the highway with my son! Like it went from accelerating and me getting into my lane all the way down to 20 mph with a tractor trailer behind me! The tractor trailer blowing his horn and swerved me and thank God no one was in the left lane and he quickly maneuvered over. The scariest thing I have ever been through! I got off the highway made it back to Bob Johnson only for the car having to stay there and took a shuttle home, expressed I needed a car I have physical therapy and a X-ray next day, they say no rentals available like zero in a car dealership, no loaners, no anything, the next day the call same with a rental of a huge Silverado I mean I’m 5’3 with a fractured spine out on workers comp I can’t miss any appointments with those people and they gave me that truck to drive of all the xxxx cars while this was going on not once did anyone apologize for this inconvenience, this nonsense. This was my 3rd car from Bob Johnson over the years, I will never go back to them. I rather just don’t deal with GMC or Chevy and go somewhere were the employees/staff make the customer feel like they are appreciate. Still to this day haven’t heard anything from them honestly we could have died in that xxxx car but it’s a lesson I won’t repeat again. More

New Car Buying I simply dreaded shopping for a new car. After going to every dealer on W. Ridge Road and not being impressed at all by the salespeople or their enth I simply dreaded shopping for a new car. After going to every dealer on W. Ridge Road and not being impressed at all by the salespeople or their enthusiasm to sell me a car, I reluctantly tried one more, Bob Johnson's. What a difference. Zach La Valley was amazing. He listened. He asked questions. He made suggestions and he took the time we needed. And they were busy but he treated as if we were the only ones he had to deal with. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and most of all cost effective. I have no idea how the service will be but I am hoping it will be as good as the buying experience. Recommend Zach without hesitation. Corey of the NERDS was very helpful and explained all the bells and whistles well and encouraged me to come back if I had a question. I felt he meant it. More
