Poor experience I was there at 8:00 Wednesday morning for my scheduled appointment. Began work I didn't authorize. Didn't do work I paid for! Was told my glove box wa I was there at 8:00 Wednesday morning for my scheduled appointment. Began work I didn't authorize. Didn't do work I paid for! Was told my glove box was held on with just 2 screws. But, I knew there were 4. Which suddenly they found the missing 2. I called the service consultant right after I got home that morning And left a voicemail. But, two days later I am still waiting for a response. Also, I have already done the survey online, which has more detail. More
