Let me down twice recently when I needed them the most Twice recently I was unable to get an appointment when my cars purchased there needed service immediately. I had to take my Traverse to Pep Boys to ge Twice recently I was unable to get an appointment when my cars purchased there needed service immediately. I had to take my Traverse to Pep Boys to get a dead battery replaced because I couldn’t get an appointment for at least 4 days and I couldn’t go without a car for that long. Took it to Pep Boys and they had it replaced in an hour. When I tried to get this warranty repair reimbursed they said I couldn’t because it wasn’t at a GM facility and I had to eat the $180 repair. They did give me a free oil change, said that was all they could do. For my Cruze that’s barely a year old it was running rough and almost stalling and when I tried to make an appointment once again I couldn’t get in and took it to Doan, who was able to get it in right away. The car needed a page and a half of parts to repair the engine, had a cracked piston and other issues. It took me a week to get it back. There are many other instances of poor service encountered there with my vehicles. More
