2018 equinox radio My 2018 3 week old equinox has been in service for 7 days now. The radio is the worst quality radio I have ever come across and this is my 8th car in My 2018 3 week old equinox has been in service for 7 days now. The radio is the worst quality radio I have ever come across and this is my 8th car in life. My head ends up pounding in pain every day in that car and since I’ve had a rental I’ve gone 7 days headache free. Had I test driven or sat in this car before purchase I would not have purchased it, but here I am “stuck” and not many options to help. Service tells me that they don’t hear what I’m hearing but admit that it sounds poor quality (Which is a problem, clearly). I have been informed by a Chevy emoloyee from another company that the ‘18 equinox radio is a KNOWN problem, but no one at bob Johnson has informed me of this known issue. I have reached out to a sales manager who came very highly recommended and is not returning my calls. I reached out to sales because I was also informed about a “Chevy buy back program” and I am looking for answers and help on this program. I am now going to have to take matters up with GM (hopefully light at end of the tunnel). Patience is not my virtue and 7 days without my vehicle is inconvenient. I should’ve listened to my gut and stayed with a GMC Terrain. Unfortunately regret isn’t helping either. I will say positively that anyone in service/ sales has been very nice to me but that doesn’t fix the issue at hand. Hoping it gets resolved as soon as possible! More
