Smooth & Painless Service Visit Andrew Bisig was great to work with. He was very thorough at explaining everything to me and making sure there was nothing else needed for my car whi Andrew Bisig was great to work with. He was very thorough at explaining everything to me and making sure there was nothing else needed for my car while it was in under some warranty work. What I did have to pay for was reasonably priced and I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the loaner I got which was a HUGE Silverado truck. Mind you, I drive a teeny little Cruze, so this was a challenge for me. Wished I could have had something more manageable to drive like I've had in the past .... but you get what you get! All in all, another smooth and painless service visit at Bob Johnson's! More

The first attempt to solve 3-dash errors was $837.00. Was told would solve all issues, but in fact all errors were present after. Then was told I needed another $500 in additional parts and labor. As expected I was not happy and was told I would be called the following day as the service writer was going to "see what he could do for me ". I waited 10 days! And had to call. Was told labor would be waived, but when I got the bill $135 of labor present. Just a bunch of crap 💩 from that facility. Never to return. More

So we have to settle for the dark grey model. - Remote starter was not set up as expected - The lease agreement was not correct and had to be re-drawn. It did not include the co-signer (me) We now have to make another visit next week to have the remote starter installed. More
