I'm a young girl and I feel that they try to take advantage. In the past I had good experiences until recently. I have had a crack thermostat housing unit replaced and another time recently I had a water pump re In the past I had good experiences until recently. I have had a crack thermostat housing unit replaced and another time recently I had a water pump repalced. Both of these parts were covered under warranty. They did not look into them being covered under warranty until I asked and the second time insisted. Two different service associates tried to get me to pay $150 for fluids.... They needed to replace these fluids when changing the parts each time. I refused to pay both times and yet my fluids we're still replaced. The 2 ND time I came in was for the thermostat housing unit and the service associate tried to tell me I needed brake pads and rotors right then and if I didn't get them within a week it would be dangerous. I got 2 other mechanics to look at my brakes and both said I had half my brake pad life left. None of them knew each other. I'm sick of walking in there n having to have my guard up because I feel that I will be taken advantage of. Everyone, think really hard and get a second opinion before just saying yes for them to fix something that's "broken" More

great experience, out of state purchase after visiting many local dealers in North Carolina, decided to call up Steve York (having lived in Rochester 8+ years ago). He quickly got me a pric after visiting many local dealers in North Carolina, decided to call up Steve York (having lived in Rochester 8+ years ago). He quickly got me a price for the exact car I was looking for, while an out of state new purchase is not something dealt with often, they were able to handle it with no problems at all.After signing paperwork they double checked the incentives and found $500 additional and quickly had a new contract printed. Dont know many dealers that would do that. More

Medium Happy I felt like I couldn’t change my mind. I looked at two cars online and it was confusing the car I wanted said it had the backup assistant and remote s I felt like I couldn’t change my mind. I looked at two cars online and it was confusing the car I wanted said it had the backup assistant and remote start but before I could physically look at the cars the car I got doesn’t have any of those and I couldn’t look at it because it was in Rochester and not Avon where it said it was on the web site. I the car I have is nice but I really wanted the one with auto start as I do not have a garage to keep it in. The back up assistance I can do with out but really wanted the auto start. Over all I felt like I was pushed into the one I got because it had lower miles. More
Not a happy customer My experience was the worst ever. Thought it was good until I left the dealership and got home. When I get home I smelt radiator fluid just thinking that they spilt some topping it off I let it go for a like a week when it didn't go away I went to take it and get it look at a dealer near me cause I live in Syracuse and I got the the truck on the other side of Rochester they said I had no warranty or nothing. When I was told I had a COO which it's wasn't (LIE) they did a 173 point inspection which should have caught the cracked radiator that was sold to me. I took it to firestone where they treat me great and stayed late and everything to get my truck right back to me. That's what your dealer should have been doing considering I just purchased a $30000 truck. Then I get a call today from my original sales rep and told I owe they just under $400. Now when I left the dealership I was all set and everything was taken care of. But because he didn't do his job completely right and told me that the only reason he found it was because he didn't get his commission for my truck he said I had to pay it or bring it back in to them. With him and the managers service through that all was the worst ever never trying to make right with the fact I had to pay 100 to get my car fixed with my other warranty and take 6 hours off work cause my wife didn't have the truck to get my kids from school. I will say that Sharon Smith did call me today and she did a great job fixing the 400 mess up because that was the sales persons fault. But still out the time from work and deductible to get my week and half old truck fixed. More
