I was present with my son several weeks before when he purchased a used Silverado. It "WAS" great working with Sam. Two weeks later I returned to Sam to purchase my used Silverado pickup and it also went smooth as silk. Sam was a no pressure salesman. Things were great. BUT, I was promised a set of mud-flaps for my Silverado back in February Contacted Sam numerous times now. As if Today 6/20/18, SAM has not delivered the flaps . THANKS A LOT Sam! We discussed briefly what I was looking for, and they had it on their lot. There was no pressure, just ran the numbers and crushed the competitions price. The finance guy came by and introduced himself and visited briefly. Very nice, friendly, upbeat man. I bought a vehicle with all the bells and whistles, and saved enough to put an extended bumper to bumper warentee on it. That gave me pease of mind, as with this much electronics a falure could run thousands of dollars. Made the deal, and it was ready the next day. You actually have s team, not just one salesperson to work with. After the tech guys trained me on all aspects of the vehicle, I was on the way home in my new vehicle with a smile. This place was super busy the whole time, but ran like clockwork and never felt rushed. If your ready for a new ride, go see Sam and his team! More
