Quick, Simple, Friendly We stopped into Bob Johnson because my husband's lease was up and he was looking for options for his next vehicle. That is where we met Laura. Her knowledge, patience, personality and friendliness won us over. My husband not only left with a new truck that afternoon but we came back two weeks later and I bought a new traverse from her. Laura, Bill Simpson and John Brest work amazingly together. The three of them treated us like family. Like they have known us forever. Bob Johnson / Jonathan Hillegas make buying a truck easy I started my search for a new truck worried about price. This led me to look at mid-size pickups, but since I was planning to finish my basement, I wa I started my search for a new truck worried about price. This led me to look at mid-size pickups, but since I was planning to finish my basement, I was concerned that a mid-size would not be convenient for bringing home all those 4’ x 8’ sheets of rigid foam insulation, plywood, and drywall. Jonathan talked me into pricing out a full size truck, and with the year end discounts available we found -40- full size black trucks in stock that had everything I was looking for, at a better price than the mid-size. Jonathan took care of all the paperwork so my visit to make the purchase lasted about 15 minutes. I was in disbelief at how easy the entire process was. Two purchases within two weeks. I cannot day enough about my experience at Bob Johnson and with Laura Tallents. Both my daughters just bought 2018 trax and my third is working a de I cannot day enough about my experience at Bob Johnson and with Laura Tallents. Both my daughters just bought 2018 trax and my third is working a deal now. Normally I would compare car buying with a tooth extraction. Not with Laura or the dealership. They went above and beyond to make this the best experience ever. Laura is knowledgeable and warm. I never felt pressured or wondered if we were making the right decision. Laura drive to another location, on her own, to get the color car we wanted. She also personally delivered the second key to my daughter house after closing because my daughter had forgotten to take it. This kind of service is hard to find these days. NOT with Bob Johnson. Kudos to Laura Tallents. One if a kind!!!! More
