I drove an hour and a half to get here and it was well worth the ride, my father bought a truck from here a week later aswell. With this being a work truck we weren't looking for anything fancy, just a good stable truck. After he showed us this Chevy Silverado we knew it was ours. We even got a free bedliner. After we closed the deal and picked the truck up we ended up buying an All Star edition Silverado. Absolutely love them both. Already had the first oil changes done and they went just as smooth. Black Friday failure My family and I went here about an hour before they closed during the 2017 Black Friday sale. I told the salesman what I was looking for, a 2017 Silve My family and I went here about an hour before they closed during the 2017 Black Friday sale. I told the salesman what I was looking for, a 2017 Silverado 1500 regular cab 4x4. He said they didn’t have any on the lot, and offered a possible better deal on a full cab. Which I wasn’t interested in. A little searching later he pulled up a possible candidate. I made an offer which of course got shot down. So I gave him my final offer to which he said oh no your not even close. I said no way that was a fair offer to which he said “ I’ve already sold 5 cars today I don’t need to sell anymore” if this is the customer service at the sale I can only imagine how good it is after. Needless to say I went to O’conner The next day and got the truck for my asking price. More

Poor customer service after sale I purchased a new Volt September 3, 2016. When I picked it up, the sales rep pointed out that a trim piece was missing on the inside of the driver do I purchased a new Volt September 3, 2016. When I picked it up, the sales rep pointed out that a trim piece was missing on the inside of the driver door. He said it was on order and would be mailed to me in a couple of days. After I got home, I realized that he still had the keys and I only had one set. I called and he said he would mail them to me with the trim piece. After two months and numerous calls and messages to the sales rep and eventually the sales manager, the spare key set was finally mailed to me. However, it is now going on 5 months and still no trim piece, even after more calls and messages. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
