I received amazing customer service every step of the way. The dealership is clean, organized, courteous, organized, and friendly. The entire team from receptionist, managers, sales, and finance went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my experience. Buddy Baur, Sam Cubiotti (my salesman) were patient, understanding, caring and bent over backwards able to get me an amazing deal which I would never be able to get at another dealership. I cannot say enough about my experience at Bob Johnson!! I highly recommend it. More

I drove an hour and a half to get here and it was well worth the ride, my father bought a truck from here a week later aswell. With this being a work truck we weren't looking for anything fancy, just a good stable truck. After he showed us this Chevy Silverado we knew it was ours. We even got a free bedliner. After we closed the deal and picked the truck up we ended up buying an All Star edition Silverado. Absolutely love them both. Already had the first oil changes done and they went just as smooth. Black Friday failure My family and I went here about an hour before they closed during the 2017 Black Friday sale. I told the salesman what I was looking for, a 2017 Silverado 1500 regular cab 4x4. He said they didn’t have any on the lot, and offered a possible better deal on a full cab. Which I wasn’t interested in. A little searching later he pulled up a possible candidate. I made an offer which of course got shot down. So I gave him my final offer to which he said oh no your not even close. I said no way that was a fair offer to which he said “ I’ve already sold 5 cars today I don’t need to sell anymore” if this is the customer service at the sale I can only imagine how good it is after. Needless to say I went to O’conner The next day and got the truck for my asking price. More
