A Long Day I came in for an express oil change and tire rotation at 9:30 AM I was told that the wait was going to be three hours. I had called the day before and I came in for an express oil change and tire rotation at 9:30 AM I was told that the wait was going to be three hours. I had called the day before and was told the wait is usually 1 1/2 hours. I waited then and at approx. noon I was informed that my vehicle needed to have a few thing done to I and was informed that it would take about 1 1.2 hours. So at 2 1/2 hours from then I went to find the person who wrote up the work. I told me he was coming to see me but had paperwork for someone else in his hand. He then explained that he had gone to lunch and had no idea that they were having a hard time with a stuck caliper. I told him I could not go to lunch because I did not have the vehicle. that I was told would be ready 1 hour ago. I was then informed that it would be another hour or so to complete my work. The wait was an issue going from 1 1/2 hours to over 3 1/2 hours but not being informed was worse. More

Ended up buying 2 suvs! I came in because my current lease was almost at the end and Nate was able to get me the car of my dreams with a lower payment.
