Our sales person Sam Cubbiotti by far the best car salesman we have ever had to deal with. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He listens to the customer, assesses their needs and makes a recommendation on the right car for you. He is far from being a pushy salesman; he is quite the opposite. There is never any need to negotiate the price; he knows what you want to pay and knows what his manager will OK and gives you a fair price. On all three cars, we have bought from him he has given an acceptable the first time; no need to negotiate a better price. We have also used your service department and have always been pleased with how we were treated and satisfied with the work done on our car. A shout out to Will, Sam(finance), and Joe who also assisted us in our purchase. They also were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. More

Top Notch Service! I went to see Anne at the recommendation of a friend who has done repeated business with her. Anne did not disappoint, she knows her craft very well. So knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly accommodating at every aspect of the sale. There was an unexpected issue with my trade-in, and Anne went far beyond my expectations to help me work through it. She truly cares about her customers, always put my needs and concerns first. The transaction was effortless. I have already recommended her to a few friends who will be looking to buy soon., and will most definitely do business with her again. I am a techy-nerd to the core, and Tim was an absolute joy to work with. He explained and demonstrated my vehicle's features in detail, from one end to the other. Helped me to sync my phone, and also assisted with Onstar initiation. Tim took his time, made sure I understood each feature, and even showed me several ways to access and use some of the features. It was a lot of fun learning about the technology in my vehicle. He was great! The only downside to this experience was that the interior of my new vehicle was filthy when I took delivery. There were smudge marks on the rear view mirror and interior door panels. After I got home I found what appeared to be greasy fingerprints on the headliner above the driver seat. There was a coating of dust over the dash and visible particles throughout the entire interior, The outside was washed but the inside had been ignored. I reported this to Anne after I took the car home, and took it upon myself to clean and detail the interior. Despite the hiccup with the interior, I am very pleased with the level of service during this sale and look forward to doing continued business with Bob Johnson Chevrolet. More
