Over the past eight years of having the vehicle serviced at where I bought it, what I was being told by certain members of the service department didn’t add up. I took the vehicle to Bob Johnson’s for work. I was blown away by the friendliness and the truth of what their service department told me. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle until the work on my vehicle was done. The price on the invoice was lower by $300.00 than what the estimate was. I was shocked. Never at the other dealership was that the case it was actually the opposite. If I still had the vehicle I would ONLY have it serviced at Bob Johnson’s. More

2019 Winter While on the way to Medina, I got media message re low air in one tire. It was 5 degrees out, I couldn't get the tire cap off to add air, so circled back to Bob Johnson. Good thing: there was a nail in my tire. The tire was filled and I made an appt. for the next day, as I needed a routine check-up. All went well, but apparently some paperwork was not passed on, and instead of the 45 - 60 minute wait, it was over 2 hours. Bob Johnson did not charge me for the tire patch or the check-up, which was really nice. Paul Palmgreen was just great - professional, very nice and he knows some ASL - I'm deaf. I'm always glad that I bought my truck at Bob Johnson - they're reliable, helpful and very nice. More

I only went for an oil change. My vehicle was inspected and I was informed that I needed air filters but everything else was totally ok. The service personnel were very friendly and informative. More
