I only went for an oil change. My vehicle was inspected and I was informed that I needed air filters but everything else was totally ok. I was informed that my vehicle was in great shape and no new parts were needed at this time. I had just driven here from Colorado Springs, CO where I had been living. The service personnel were very friendly and informative. More

2019 Winter While on the way to Medina, I got media message re low air in one tire. It was 5 degrees out, I couldn't get the tire cap off to add air, so circled b While on the way to Medina, I got media message re low air in one tire. It was 5 degrees out, I couldn't get the tire cap off to add air, so circled back to Bob Johnson. Good thing: there was a nail in my tire. The tire was filled and I made an appt. for the next day, as I needed a routine check-up. All went well, but apparently some paperwork was not passed on, and instead of the 45 - 60 minute wait, it was over 2 hours. Bob Johnson did not charge me for the tire patch or the check-up, which was really nice. Paul Palmgreen was just great - professional, very nice and he knows some ASL - I'm deaf. I'm always glad that I bought my truck at Bob Johnson - they're reliable, helpful and very nice. More

all kinds of issues I recently purchased a vehicle here and there was damage to the vehicle when I picked it up. I brought it in for service (covered by the dealership) I recently purchased a vehicle here and there was damage to the vehicle when I picked it up. I brought it in for service (covered by the dealership) which was inconvenience enough and was promised a rental car but one was not available so I had to get rides all day despite this promise and arranging my work schedule around having a vehicle available. The Service work then took a very long time- several hours past when it was promised - making it such that I had to sit in the waiting room waiting for my vehicle for a portion of the day. If you knew you already inconvenienced a customer significantly by not following through with a promise for a rental car wouldn’t you expedite the work being performed? The service department already knew it was an issue. I also asked the service department if they could put Apple CarPlay in my car and they never even advise me if they had tried. This was coupled with the fact that the salesman promised weather tech floor mats and did not fulfill his promise. The vehicle also had a half tank of gas and I was told this was because it was a used vehicle and that I would have been provided a full take a gas upon purchase for a new vehicle. Come on really? This is the third vehicle I purchased at Bob Johnson and will probably be the last one after this whole experience. Not impressed More
