I went in for an oil change & it took 3 hrs. I have provided one star rating because the oil change took 3 hours. Most oil changes, at least in my experiences, have taken 15-30 minutes. Service writers are too busy with other customers to such a degree that I stood longer than expected to be seen. Customer wait areas provided comfort enough to endure the long wait. More
