all kinds of issues I recently purchased a vehicle here and there was damage to the vehicle when I picked it up. I brought it in for service (covered by the dealership) I recently purchased a vehicle here and there was damage to the vehicle when I picked it up. I brought it in for service (covered by the dealership) which was inconvenience enough and was promised a rental car but one was not available so I had to get rides all day despite this promise and arranging my work schedule around having a vehicle available. The Service work then took a very long time- several hours past when it was promised - making it such that I had to sit in the waiting room waiting for my vehicle for a portion of the day. If you knew you already inconvenienced a customer significantly by not following through with a promise for a rental car wouldn’t you expedite the work being performed? The service department already knew it was an issue. I also asked the service department if they could put Apple CarPlay in my car and they never even advise me if they had tried. This was coupled with the fact that the salesman promised weather tech floor mats and did not fulfill his promise. The vehicle also had a half tank of gas and I was told this was because it was a used vehicle and that I would have been provided a full take a gas upon purchase for a new vehicle. Come on really? This is the third vehicle I purchased at Bob Johnson and will probably be the last one after this whole experience. Not impressed More

My wife and I continue to return because not only are we looking for a great deal for a quality product. We truly feel like a part of family. Bill Kinney always makes us feel special. He takes the best care of us and does everything he can to get us a great deal. Mike Barty always takes time to assist us in locating the vehicle we want. He always seems to know what we want before we can give him all the information. When we are in the area, we can’t help but to just stop in and say hello. George Sarkis always does his best with our financing even when we don’t make that an easy job for him. These 3 men truly make the car buying/leasing experience as painless as possible and we truly appreciate everything they do for us. They are the best. More
