I have had numerous electrical problems and they would turn me away after keeping my truck for weeks at a time and tell me there is nothing wrong with it. I had a loaner vehicle for at least 40 days while they “looked” at mine. They just said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my truck. I took it to Bob Johnson as a last resort and they found the problem with in hours. They found a major problem when other dealers said there was nothing wrong with it. They are great and I will definitely go back for any future service and sale needs. More

I made it to work and was able to do my job due to snow, plus I left the car on Friday night for a Monday appointment and last time I checked - mechanics work inside a garage not outside. My leased car needed to be left for another day to be fixed and no consideration of transportation then I called again the next afternoon and spoke to same service writer who gave incorrect information and I specifically asked him if he would be there when I pick up and he said he would but of course he wasnt and had to talk to Steve the mechanic who was helpful More
Not really individualized service My husband and I are on our 3rd lease and convinced my parents to also lease. All of us have purchased the extended warranty. Three days after renewing my lease I came out of work to find my mirror damaged. I had just surrendered a vehicle that I paid almost $900 for the extended warranty that did not need to be used. I called explained what happened and schedule an appointment. The woman I spoke to conveyed a message that the vechile is still under warranty and with the extended coverage it should be covered. I brought it and the service manager informed me that was not correct and quoted me a price of $450. I was very frustrated with that and when the service tech then went to the sales manager to see if they could help they refused as well. My family does a lot o business here, I just paid for additional coverage that I didn’t use and I was given false information. Overall not very impressed with this experience at all, encouraging my parents not to renew in a few months and my husband and will probably not return once these lease contracts end. We have family that has had better service and customer care with other companies. More
