Great Customer Service I went in to Bob Johnson on Saturday to renew my lease. Sales agent James helped me with the sale of my 2019 Chevy Equinox. He was friendly , patient, I went in to Bob Johnson on Saturday to renew my lease. Sales agent James helped me with the sale of my 2019 Chevy Equinox. He was friendly , patient, and answered all my questions. Eric the finance manager was very helpful in answering all my questions and even called me before my appointment on Monday to verify i was bringing all the necessary documents to final the sale. Overall this was an excellent experience and look forward to driving my new Equinox. Thank you! More
It was fine I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the time it took. I was told two hours and it was over 3 ho I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the time it took. I was told two hours and it was over 3 hours and 15 minutes. There were people that came in , with no appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation 25 minutes and 45 minutes after me that left in less than two hours. I went up to the desk a few times to ask the status of my car because I didn't know why it was taking so long. They just kept saying it should be done soon. More

oil change and tire rotation I had a scheduled appointment at 7:45...my car work orderwas written up by about 7:30. I got my car back at 9:55....2 hours and 25 minutes for a sched I had a scheduled appointment at 7:45...my car work orderwas written up by about 7:30. I got my car back at 9:55....2 hours and 25 minutes for a scheduled oil change. After 2 hours I went to service counter to check on the status of my car I was told that it was done and my paper work would be brought out to me for payment...20 minutes later I finally was able to pay. No apology...very disappointed. More

Compliant on my 2013 Cruze LTZ I have been a customer at Bob Johnson Chevrolet since 2002 and have enjoyed my service there up until last month. I always schedule my appointments wi I have been a customer at Bob Johnson Chevrolet since 2002 and have enjoyed my service there up until last month. I always schedule my appointments with Andrew Bisig and he has done an excellent job in making sure the service was to my satisfaction. Last month, I had over $1000 of service done on my vehicle. On December 21st, I picked up my car after service was done, only to find out that the lower ground effects were damaged when the car was improperly lifted by the mechanics. I mentioned this issue to your service manager Christopher Codd who could not fix this issue that evening. The following week we schedule an appointment for January 16th. This past Wednesday, I bring my car to have it fixed by your mechanics, only to find out that they couldn't fix the damage and it is even worse now. This is after waiting for about 4 hours at your dealership, which is frustrating after all and a day wasted. I did mention to have a rental if the wait was going to be longer than an hour or so, but nothing was done. My vehicle has to have these lower ground effects replaced and then painted again sometime next week. I have been given a rental, which I appreciate, but nothing has been done to compensate all my troubles, which your dealership is responsible for. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I was given. I will also share my experience with friends, family etc. about my issues at your dealership and will no longer purchase a vehicle at your dealership.
