I had a drivetrain issue on a 2018 Colorado Only had 1700 miles on my new Colorado. They replaced the torque converter in the transmission. Disappointed in my salesperson I've been leasing from Bob Johnson for several years now and my usual sales person has retired. I went in to talk about a new lease and was with a new I've been leasing from Bob Johnson for several years now and my usual sales person has retired. I went in to talk about a new lease and was with a new sales person who initially said I should just come back another night. After convincing him I'd rather start the process since I was there he was very short and when he came back with a set of numbers I couldn't afford he just said to try again another time. There was no negotiating and no trying other vehicles. It may be time to shop elsewhere. More
