Not as pleased as usual Picked up car Jan 3rd got home and was notified by OnStar all four tires were low. Brought car back in and it was taken care of right away. Got home again and then received notice of recall...when I called service dept. was told it should have been taken care of before the car was given to me but it was not so I would have to come back . I then called the manger of service dept who told me the girl I spoke to was incorrect and the recall issue was in fact corrected. The service manger was apologetic and said he will follow up with girl on my original phone call. Then found out they gave me the wrong Fab thank goodness I came right home .My car was running so I did not know until I got home and tried to lock the car. Called again and they sent someone over to return mine and pick up the one that belonged to another customer. Just a lot of confusion which I never experienced at Bob Johnson .Usually I pick up my car and have been very happy with no issues More
