Keys lost at service center I brought my truck in for service and a bolt came out of my brake caliper so I had to get it towed back in. They called me to pick it up and couldn’t I brought my truck in for service and a bolt came out of my brake caliper so I had to get it towed back in. They called me to pick it up and couldn’t find my key and the service guy went to lunch. After over an hour of waiting and multiple time asking I told them to make me a new key. Within a few minutes my old key appeared. I guess they didn’t try too hard to find it. Also when I asked for the manager he was at his desk and did not even turn around to acknowledge the problem. Very disappointed. Don’t know the names I worked with. Service --------- the replay back was 'sorry I experienced unsatisfactory service and to reach out to the Service Manger if I want'. My replay to that is.... 1 - If my truck falls apart do to poor repairs - BJ should be towing it back ... not me 2. - When I bought this truck why did I only get one key anyway? That still bugs me. 3. - I already expressed that the manager ignored the situation. He should have been the one responding to my discontent. More

Most terrible experience I’ve had nothing but negatives happen to me when working with this dealer. First was sold the wrong car and over the past 10 months I’ve had to go in I’ve had nothing but negatives happen to me when working with this dealer. First was sold the wrong car and over the past 10 months I’ve had to go in 3 times to resign contracts due to errors and I’m driving around a car with a temporary expired registration because no one can seem to get the VIN numbers right. I can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can cut all ties with Bob Johnson. Also all my paperwork is still currently wrong. Current VIN numbers on everything don’t match the one on the car. Done trying to resolve the issue. No one seems to want to return calls here when they are knowingly in the wrong More
