Best of the Best After visiting a few other GM dealers it was refreshing to arrive at Bob Johnson to find not only a welcoming environment but a surplus of people read After visiting a few other GM dealers it was refreshing to arrive at Bob Johnson to find not only a welcoming environment but a surplus of people ready and willing to help me. My current vehicles motor had blown that morning and I needed to walk out the door with a new car today. I sat down with Sam Cubiotti explained my predicament, and he assured me that he was going to make me a deal and that I would be leaving there today with a new truck. Boy he wasn't kidding not only did he set me up with the truck of my dreams but he got everything done for me extremely fast. I arrived at about 11;30am finished the deal up at 1:30 and was able to pick up my new truck at 3:30pm, talk about rush service! Sam was so helpful and made me feel super comfortable through the entire experience even though I had never leased any vehicle before but he guided me through every step, and when I walked away I felt confident I had made the right choice by working with him and Bob Johnson as a whole. After this experience I will never go anywhere else for any of my future vehicle needs!! Thanks again to Sam Cubiotti, you truly saved the day!!! More
