Fixed the first time. New truck with less than 700 miles and the blower fan stopped working. Tech found that the connector was loose due to when an accessory installed at New truck with less than 700 miles and the blower fan stopped working. Tech found that the connector was loose due to when an accessory installed at the dealer most likely loosened the connector. Fixed in about an hour from when I dropped the truck off. Working fine so far. More
Extra effort put forth in resolving problem My leather driver's seat was creating a very uncomfortable environment for me on extended trips. Mark initially was going to replace the seat cushion My leather driver's seat was creating a very uncomfortable environment for me on extended trips. Mark initially was going to replace the seat cushion but later called after consulting with his team that the heated seat wiring may be the culprit. The heated seat wiring was adjusted and so far so good....I will know for sure after my Easter trip to Louisiana. More
