Ray was our salesman and he was great. We explored various lots of new Chevy SUVS to check out models and then paint colors and even after a couple of hours, Ray remained affable and enthusiastic. We went in on a Sunday just to look at the Chevys and we came back on the next day to take delivery of a 2019 Equinox. strange I was waiting for an oil change and tire rotation . they said they would come and get me . This was at 1pm. Finally at 3 or after someone who reco I was waiting for an oil change and tire rotation . they said they would come and get me . This was at 1pm. Finally at 3 or after someone who recognized me got my car keys and bill for me . When I got home there was a message for me saying the dealership would be open until 5 and I could pick up my car anytime before then . That message was left at 1:50pm. My second adventure is that my speedometer digital was changed to tire pressure . I can not get it back to where I need it and I have no time to bring it back right now . My manual is of no help . It shows me buttons that are not on my model . Called the service desk , they could not help either . More

Replacement of side mirror I would not go back to Bob Johnson again. I called to get a quote to get a side mirror on my 2016 Malibu replaced. I was told they could order the par I would not go back to Bob Johnson again. I called to get a quote to get a side mirror on my 2016 Malibu replaced. I was told they could order the part and install it for me no problem. A week went by and I did not hear back from the person that I was dealing with, so I called and was told that the part hadn't even been ordered yet. He stated that he was ordering it today and that it would have to be sent out to be painted. A week and a half went by and I did not hear from him again, so I called and was told the part was still on order, but it should be in soon. Then, my wife gave birth to our daughter so I was not able to follow up with the dealership. About a week later, I called because I still had not heard back and it had been almost a month. I was then told that the mirror was in and ready to be installed, and he told me to come in the next morning. I came in and dropped my car off, and was told it would be an hour wait or so. After waiting for over an hour, the employee came out to the waiting room and informed me that the mirror was never sent out to be painted. At this point, it had been over A MONTH since I was told that the part had been ordered. So I was told that they could install the mirror and send the cap out to be painted, and he would contact me the next day at the latest to schedule when I would come in to get it finished. 2 days went by and I did not hear anything from this employee. So I went in Monday morning and spoke to the manager. He was able to locate the part and get it installed for me. The manager was apologetic and got the problem resolved. In spite of this, I will never give Bob Johnson my business again. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life, and will be looking to take my car elsewhere in the future. More
