Bob Johnson Ford of Avon responded

This customer did NOT buy her vehicle from us. The dealer she bought the vehicle from sold her a warranty that had a big deductable and required prior approval before the work could be done. The approval took a very long time and we had to argue with the warranty company to get the job paid. We do not carry that brand of warranty just for that reason. We tried to work with the customer as much as possible but we feel that the customer should be upset with the dealer who sold her the "aftermarket" warranty. We deal only in Chrysler or Ford Motor Company factory backed warranties.
