Bob King Kia

Where do I start maybe from the begining. I started my Saturday afternoon with my heart set on purchasing a 2011 Sportage (red). I found the exact one I wanted only in silver that of coarse was not going Saturday afternoon with my heart set on purchasing a 2011 Sportage (red). I found the exact one I wanted only in silver that of coarse was not going to do it had to be red! So Scott bless his heart when on the search for a 2011 basic Sportage in red. Wouldnt you know there arent any because of the strike in Korea and that's where the Sportage is made. Just my luck! Bob King had a Sportage in red but it was fully loaded and a big $ tag to go with it!I was heartbroken I could not afford the car. Scott and Donna did their very best and tried everything they could think of to get me in that car with a good % rate and affordable monthly payments. STILL A NO GO!!! Donna told not to give up and Scott said they would keep their eyes open. It was a very sad ride home I almost cried all the way!! Then long about 2:30pm on the following Monday Donna called. You'll never believe what happened she told me. I said what, what's going on? She said I have a sportage for you!!! WHAT, I said? I wasnt sure I heard her right. She said it's a 2007 sportage in great condiction with low mileage,it's not red but silver.I said I do not care. Donna said well come on down and pick up your new car!!! I was so happy I was crying again but this time tears of joy!!! Then Donna said better yet you stay where you are and I'll have Scott come pick you up! The rest is history as they say. I'm in love with the 2007 Sportage and may drive it till the axels fall off! Donna and Scott went above and beond and I'm so greatful from the bottom of my heart! I've been telling everyone about how great Bob King is! Thanks guys!!! When and if I ever need another car you know where I'm going!!!! More

My daughter Bethany, received her Kia Rio in 2009 for her 18th birthday, and graduation gift. After an accident in September the Rio was a total loss. Wanting another Kia, we went to Bob King Kia to see the models. First thing, I explained our situation with the accident, and we could not buy that day. We were introduced to Jared Komar. Jared, was amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice. We did not buy a car that day, but did 2 weeks later. I purchased a Kia Borrego from Bob King. After only 2 weeks of driving it, the 4 wheel drive light is already on and it is making all kinds of bumps and knocks when turning. Also when trying to fill up w weeks of driving it, the 4 wheel drive light is already on and it is making all kinds of bumps and knocks when turning. Also when trying to fill up with gas, the car does not accept the fuel properly, the handle on the pump keeps kicking off like the tank is fuel even when it is completely empty. Because of a glitch in the paper work I was called and told to either fax a copy of my husbands pay stub or bring the car back and get my trade in back (a 2011 kia sorrento). Given that it had only been 2 weeks and the Borrego was already giving us problems, and the loan had not been finalized yet, we called and said we'd like to just take the salesmen up on his offer and bring the Borrego back. We were then told that we couldn't bring it back they had just said that to get us to send the paperwork they wanted. The work the Borrego needs is covered under warranty, it is not an issue of money, we just feel like a car should not need major repair so soon after purchase. And given that the dealership filled it with gas when we bought it, they had to have at least known about that problem (if not all of them). Bottom line, Bob King is great, until the deal is sealed. After that, DON'T EXPECT MUCH ELSE!!! More

Because we purchased on a Saturday and our insurance office wasn't open they even let us borrow a dealer tag so we could enjoy our new car the rest of the weekend!
