So, the deal was done over the phone and we drove down that afternoon to complete the transaction. There was one small hiccup with the rebate amount in combination with 0% financing, but we compromised and I felt okay about it by spliting the difference with them. The electricity went out while I was there. I never heard a complaint or even knew it had effected their computers. I just realized at one point that they were doing it all by hand and were very determined to do it right. This put us finishing the purchase quite late. I looked outside and was amazed to see two other salesmen washing and vacuuming the car to get it nice for me to drive home! What a team! Phil Cook got me to the dealership after a phone call to him and he, along with Scott, would get me back again and again. In short - the experience at Bob King Kia was first class from greeting to handshake. I was very thankful I went there to purchase my new Kia Soul. I had visited at least 6 other dealerships in the past few weeks(some of them on several occasions) and Bob King was by far superior to all others. In fact I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and would do it again and would highly recommend it to any others. It isn't the building, it isn't even the car (although I love the car)- it is the people there (all of the staff there) that will draw me back again and have me recommend them enthusiastically to others.
